Uncharted - alcohol free Raspberry and Vanilla sour

Using a mixed culture of yeasts and bacteria, a huge amount of raspberry juice and a touch of vanilla extract - this is the perfect sour to transport you away from the cold and damp this winter. Brewed in collaboration with the incredible Pilot Beer in Leith, Uncharted is a traditional sour take on a classic flavour combination - just without the booze. 

But this isn't your typical sweet-shop sour. We've used a combination of wild yeasts and bacteria to bring you traditional sour funkiness layered with raspberry and a hint of vanilla sweetness. By introducing wild yeasts and bacteria, Uncharted also has notes of fresh hay, ripe fruit and a dry finish. By avoiding fruit concentrates, extracts and flavourings we've kept the sugars low and the flavours natural. 

What can you expect?

• Pouring an inviting pale pink, unsurprising given the volume of raspberries we've added!
• A light fruity aroma with ripe raspberries and traditional sour beer funky flavours
• This beer is the ideal introduction to sour beers, lightly tart and refreshing with creamy vanilla giving the perception of sweetness
