Are Jump Ship beers alcohol free?

Yes. All of our beers contain less than 0.5% alcohol by volume. This is less than is required to raise your blood alcohol level as the trace amount is metabolised before it has any impact. The trace alcohol present in our beer is about the same as a large ripe banana and less than what can be naturally found in a burger bun.

Are Jump Ship beers vegan?

Yes. We design every recipe to ensure there are no animal products involved. This means we use vegan alternatives for filtering as well as in the raw ingredients that go into our beer.

Are Jump Ship beers gluten free?

Yes. Every one of our beers are both alcohol free and gluten free! Each batch is independently tested by a UKAS accredited facility to less than 10 ppm.

How is your alcohol free beer made?

We brew all of our beers in a process very similar to our alcoholic counterparts. We extract sugar and flavours from malt, boil with hops and other additions, and ferment. The difference is we use a number of techniques to control the final ABV of our beer to less than 0.5%.

All of our beers are low sugar, have low calories and are made with all natural ingredients. They are also similar to isotonic sports drinks given the similar salt and sugar levels. Perfect for that post-run thirst-quencher!

Is alcohol free beer low in sugar?

All of our beers are naturally lower in sugar than an alcoholic beer. Typically our beers contain less than 1 g of sugar per 100 ml—you can find the specific sugar content of each can of beer on their page. Many alcohol free producers add sugar to increase the body of the beer; however, we use other processes to achieve similar body without the extra sugar.

Is alcohol free beer low calorie?

Almost all of our beers are under 100 calories per can. By not adding additional sugars into our beer we can keep this lower than traditional alcoholic beer.
